Terms and conditions for membership in Club Jensens
By signing up for Club Jensens, you accept the following terms and conditions.
Club Jensens is operated by Jensens Bøfhus, Cortex Park 12, 7th floor, 5230 Odense M. Club Jensens is a loyalty program that gives you points and benefits when you purchase meals at Jensens Bøfhus restaurants and on www.take-away.dk.
Being a member of Club Jensens is completely free – you can sign up here. If you wish to update your profile, you can do that here.
You must have a Danish phone number, an email address, and be at least 18 years old to become a member. Alternatively, when registering/activating your card, you must confirm that your parents or guardian permitted you to join.
As a member of Club Jensens, you will earn discount points and receive special benefits.
Your membership is personal and cannot be transferred to others. Only one membership can be created per person.
Only physical people can create a membership. Companies, associations, etc., cannot create a membership. The membership is not valid in Jensens Bøfhus restaurants outside Denmark, therefore you cannot earn or redeem points in restaurants abroad.
Club Jensens cannot be combined with other discounts, discount programs, or benefit cards.
Discount points
You earn a 10% discount in points on all food items on the menu (excluding drinks or gift cards) all seven days of the week, both for lunch and dinner in restaurants.
You must present your Club Jensens card or provide your phone number and photo ID when paying the bill, and it must be the Club Jensens member who pays.
You only earn points on the amount you pay – for example, if you get a free dessert because you are a Club Jensens member, it will not be counted. You also do not earn points from points. If you forget your Club Jensens card or forget to provide your phone number, you cannot get points as we are unable to register them retroactively.
Your points expire 6 months after they are earned.
The points are added to your membership account when you have paid, and you can see how many points you have earned on your bill. You can save up your points or use them as you earn them, and they can be redeemed as a discount (not cash) on your next visit to Jensens Bøfhus.
You can also earn points when ordering Take Away. Just order with the phone number associated with your membership. By presenting your Club Jensens card or providing your order, you can have points added to your account. Remember to do this if you ordered by phone.
Earned points cannot be transferred to other Club Jensens members.
Discount points and gift cards
You cannot earn points when purchasing gift cards, but Club Jensens members earn points when the gift card is redeemed.
Discount points and beverages
Points cannot be used to pay for beverages. No points are earned on beverage purchases.
Happy Sunday
The offer is valid for 1-3 children (up to 12 years old) per adult who orders a main course. It cannot be combined with other discount offers, or benefit cards, and does not apply to Take Away.
Birthday
When it’s your birthday, we offer a free dessert of your choice to your entire party. The offer requires that you order a main course at one of our restaurants. It is valid from one week before to one week after your birthday.
But we don’t stop there: We celebrate the entire household. When you are a member, the offer for a free dessert from the menu applies every time someone in the household has a birthday and you order a main course at the regular price. Bring an ID if you are celebrating someone other than the Club Jensens member from the household.
How we contact you
By accepting Club Jensens terms, you consent to us contacting you by phone, physical mail, email, SMS, and other digital marketing. This could be with special offers, exciting competitions, your birthday discount from us, or something entirely different. You also consent to us collecting information about your purchases and orders at Jensens Bøfhus restaurants as well as orders made on www.jensens.com and www.take-away.dk
General
Jensens Bøfhus reserves the right to terminate a Club Jensens membership and to change, limit, adapt, or expand the rules, provisions, terms, and conditions that apply to Club Jensens membership at any time and without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, setting time limits and changes in point values, point earning, and point levels.
Jensens Bøfhus reserves the right to withdraw membership benefits and/or cancel earned points, in whole or in part, if the points result from a computer error, fraud, illegal methods, or other practices not allowed under the official terms and conditions.
A Club Jensens membership card that has not been used for more than 24 months will be automatically canceled without notice, thereby ending the membership in Club Jensens.
You can cancel your membership at any time here. If you cancel your membership, all your earned points, discounts, and other benefits will be deleted.
Limitation of liability
Jensens Bøfhus is not responsible for errors or operational disruptions attributable to IT systems. Jensens Bøfhus also assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage that may arise because of a Club Jensens membership being terminated by Club Jensens.
Jurisdiction and choice of law
Any dispute regarding these terms will be settled in a Danish court.

Jensens Bøfhus collects your personal data to complete your booking or provide a given service to you, and to send newsletters and other information regarding our company and services if you request it. Furthermore, Jensens Bøfhus collects your personal data for internal market research, targeted marketing, and statistics. Only those who request it or are members of Club Jensens will receive emails or other communications from us with newsletters, offers, etc. You always have the option afterward to indicate that you no longer wish to receive communications from us.

Your personal data will be disclosed to units and companies belonging to Jensens Bøfhus, including subsidiaries and affiliated companies.
